Hoseason’s journey with this property began in 2010 when he purchased the land for $2.475 million after relocating to New Zealand with his family. The main living areas, kitchen, and swimming pool offer 260-degree views of the Waitakere Ranges and Little Barrier Te Hauturu-o-Toi, while luxury finishes like honed basalt walls and pale oak flooring elevate the space.
